Target
The Take Charge of Education website is one of many Target projects I have worked on. The goals for the website were to communicate the value of the Take Charge of Education program, inspire users to select a school and make it really easy for users to find and view a school's progress.
Royal Albert Hall
The Royal Albert Hall is an iconic venue rich with historical and cultural significance. While the old website served its primary purpose as a channel for online ticket sales, it was not in sync with new branding and was difficult to maintain. To address these needs the goals of the website redesign were to promote and establish the new brand, maximize revenue from secondary services and grow the audience by focusing on the patron experience before, during, and after a performance.
Stratus
Stratus is an application, designed for a large software company, which allows users to view and filter documents created by company employees. Working from a high level text specification, the challenge was to create an interface that was playful and engaging, yet efficient and smart.
Raleigh Bikes
Raleigh is a company steeped in tradition, with more than 126 years in the industry. The Raleigh Bicycles, Diamondback Bicycles, and Diamondback BMX brands represent the best of cycling through the ages. The website redesign goals included establishing and enforcing distinct brands, building community and reflecting employees' passion for bikes. This project won a Creativity Award and a WebAward.
Seattle Opera iPhone Application
This iPhone application for the Seattle Opera was completed shortly after the launch of the first iPhone. The application allows a user to easily and efficiently purchase tickets via their iPhone. The application was presented at the Tessitura Conference and featured on Apple.com.
The Royal Opera House
The Royal Opera House was looking to further enhance the range of services offered through their website to compliment ticket purchases and to raise the level of customer service offered online.
In addition to tickets, The Royal Opera House wanted to offer patrons the opportunity to purchase program vouchers, make restaurant reservations and view a more detailed account area.
Conenza
Headquartered in Seattle, Conenza is a company that builds and manages trusted, collaborative, and unique global online communities for organizations and their members. Conenza wanted to develop a flexible software platform for online alumni communities that can be easily branded and deployed for corporate sponsor customers.
Gene Juarez Salons and Spas
Gene Juarez is a premier salon and spa company in the Puget Sound area with a reputation for outstanding guest service and artistic excellence. The website redesign allowed the company to have an online presence that captures the essence of their luxury brand, while also being easy to maintain (via a CMS) and designed with Search Engine Optimization at its core.
WatchGuard Technologies
As a Senior User Interaction Designer at WatchGuard Technologies, I was responsible for the user experience on WatchGuard.com. I worked on a variety of projects ranging from Flash product demos to implementing international versions of the corporate website.
