I am a User Experience Manager with POP, an interactive design agency in Seattle. I have over 10 years experience as an interaction designer and user experience specialist.
My Current Role
The main components of my role include Team Management, New Business, Client Workshops and User Experience Design and Research.
Team Management. I manage a team of user experience architects which involves assigning work, managing team schedules, helping individuals develop professionally and mentoring team members in client interactions and project approaches.
New Business. I meet with new clients to present user experience/user research capabilities and understand how POP can help clients plan a digital strategy.
Client Workshops. I plan and facilitate workshops with clients. This involves running interactive exercises that are designed to define a collective vision for a project.
User Research. I conduct user research including usability testing, user surveys, user interviews and user research reports.
User Experience Design. Equipped with a deep understanding of a client's business, project objectives, competitive landscape and target users, I develop user flow diagrams, site architectures and wireframes to illustrate how business goals and user needs will be met.
